From Route 27
|
After entering eastbound Route 27 (called "Exeter Road" at this point), proceed about a half mile. Take a right turn onto Towle Farm Road (this is the last right before Route 27 crosses Route 1; if you get to this Route1 intersection, you've gone too far).
Towle Farm Road goes over Rte101, and later (about 1 mile) approaches another overpass, over Rte95. Just before the overpass, turn left onto Drakeside Road. The west entrance to Hampton Meadows is about a half mile down on the left.

From Route 1
|
- From the North
-
Route 1 (called "Lafayette Road" in the NH seacoast area) crosses Route 27 (called "High Street") in the center of Hampton. The Old Salt restaurant is on the northwest corner. Take a right onto Route 27 west and then take the first left (about 1/4 mile) onto Towle Farm Road. Follow the instructions above for "From Route 27," paragraph 2.
- From the South
-
This is the tricky alternate way to get to Hampton Meadows. As you enter Hampton on Route 1 from the south, Route 1 divides into a north-only road and goes through an interchange with Route 101. Go thru this interchange staying on Route 1 (follow signs for "Route 1 North, Hampton").
Ahead you will see that Route 1 north rejoins Route 1 south, becoming a 2-way road again. Just before the place where the 2 sides rejoin, there is a left turn onto Drakeside Road. This is very easy to miss (for a detail map, click here). Take the left onto Drakeside Road, cross the south-bound side of Route 1, and proceed up Drakeside Road. About 1 mile, the east entrance of Hampton Meadows is on the right.
If you miss the left onto Drakeside Road, proceed north until you come to the intersection with Route 27, turn left onto Route 27 west and then take the first left (about 1/4 mile) onto Towle Farm Road. Follow the instructions above for "From Route 27," paragraph 2.
